Established in 2007, GCM has rapidly become a team of diverse construction professionals, specializing in the management of complex and unique projects. The GCM team has the ability and dedication to respond and adapt efficiently to the varying demands of all types of construction, including Design Build projects. Our team has fast developed a reputation for competence in the construction industry for completing projects on schedule and within budget.

Our project experience varies from office fit-ups and renovations to new construction, ranging from “box type” commercial buildings to complex high-tech / high-security structures.

History

The GCM Construction Management was established in 2007 and since then our team has developed a reputation for excellence and competence in the construction industry, for completing projects on schedule and within budget. The maintenance of this reputation is a prime objective of our company. The GCM Construction Management team inclusively has over 45 years of experience in the construction industry, and in the last year has completed numerous projects in the Ottawa region alone.

Future Goals

GCM looks forward to adopting the new technologies available and wants to expand into other aspects of the construction industry. In the near future, GCM plans to incorporate Design Building into our field of expertise, while integrating a newly developed construction software specifically designed for construction management. This will include E-Construction software, which will enable live viewing of each of the construction projects through various cameras stationed across the job site. In addition, GCM is looking into acquiring and developing land in the Ottawa region, concurrently looking to expand into the foreign and international construction markets.
